By accessing our website or purchasing products from DJI Bangalore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

2. Drone Usage & DGCA Compliance

Drones and related equipment purchased from DJI Bangalore must be operated strictly in accordance with the regulations set by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) in India. This includes pilot registrations (UIN/DAN), maintaining valid permission protocols (Digital Sky), and respecting local flying zones (Green, Yellow, and Red zones).

3. User Limitations & Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to privacy, airspace restrictions, and copyright laws) while operating drones purchased from our store.

4. Limitation of Liability

DJI Bangalore shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, crash, misoperation, or inability to use our drones, accessories, or software services.
